Is any prior technical knowledge required to operate the administration interface?
Intranet DASHBOARD’s administrative interface has been developed for optimum consistency, intuitiveness and ease of use. No previous HTML or technical knowledge is required. • In regards to LDAP compatibility and centralized identity management, is Intranet DASHBOARD compatible with single sign-on capability? Yes, when the set up is in active directory mode we enable single sign on capabilities to our system. It means that users are automatically identified from their domain credentials without having to specify who they are (ie do not require a username and password). In extranet mode a username is required as people are using the system from disparate networks and systems.
