Is any pre-work required to attend The Womens Leadership Program?
One of CCL’s primary beliefs is in the value of “assessment for development”- meaning that we use assessment tools to help you determine your strengths and development needs. Our extensive experience in the field of leadership development has taught us that this type of information can be the foundation for significant personal and professional growth. Consequently, we will ask you to fill out several assessments 7-8 weeks before you attend your program. It is not uncommon to invest several hours completing these surveys. Assessments to be completed by your boss, peers, and/or direct reports require their time as well and should be distributed promptly. Though time-consuming, the feedback received through these assessments is often cited as the most valuable aspect of the experience.
