Is any photo with a person without a model release always considered editorial?
Not necessarily. This category consists of newsworthy images. Think about anything you would see in the newspaper that isn’t endorsing a product or service. If you have studio-shot, non-newsworthy stock photos of people without model releases, do not upload them as editorial images. Submissions of generic family snapshots or other portraits will not be accepted as editorial.
