Is any other software package, external to TRMS, required to archive reports accumulated into the TRMS system?

No other software package is required for archiving reports within the TRMS system. TRMS provides all the programs necessary to archive, restore and duplex archive for DR purposes; however, if an installation prefers, any batch scheduler can be used to invoke the TRMS archive.
