Is any human interaction involved in filtering spam messages with Antispam?
No. All the spam detection analyses are done by the the PureMessage system based on the 700+ filter rules created by PureMessage. All the spam-filter signatures/rules are being checked and updated by the system regularly. We do, however, monitor the spam detection rate as well as the efficiency of email delivery.
