Is Annual Review a mandatory process?
Annual Review should take place every year, as the title suggests and it is expected that all staff will take part. The only exceptions for inclusion are those staff who already benefit from the same fundamental process, for example, those on probation or those employed in specific departments who have applied their own annual review process for some time.
