Yes. Please contact your local HeartSine® Distributor or contact support@heartsine.com. Status indicator is not flashing or flashing Red. A problem has been detected. Check the expiry date of your Pad-Pak™. Change the Pad-Pak™ if the expiry date has been exceeded. If the status indicator is still not flashing or flashing red contact your authorised HeartSine® distributor or support@heartsine.com.
