Is an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory also automatically ISO 9001 Certified?

ISO 17025 has a statement that testing and calibration laboratories that comply with the International Standard will also operate in accordance with ISO 9001. On the other hand it states that demonstrated conformity to this International Standard does not imply conformity of the quality management system within which the laboratory operates to all the requirements of ISO 9001. This means, ISO 17025 conforms to related requirements of ISO 9001, but it does not contain all the requirements as specified in ISO 90001. So the answer to question above is ‘no’.
