Is an HR outsourcing based strategy sustainable for European organizations?
Europeans trying to make sense of the HR outsourcing industry can get a false picture from what is happening in the United States. A more sophisticated interpretation is needed for our complex home markets. Central to the difference seems to be questions of sustainability. It might be fine for US corporations to conclude that the HRO market is mature and HRO is now a relatively safe course to take, but the practice is still developing in Europe.
