Is an extended battery a necessary accessory?
Many W&M students purchase either an extended life battery or an extra battery. The importance of this accessory depends on how frequently and for what length of time you expect to use your laptop without a power source. If you’re not sure whether or not you need the additional or extended battery, you can always purchase it later from the Data Networks site.
