Is an exit interview part of the termination process?
Yes. When HR receives your action form they will send an invitation to the employee and copy you. The invitation explains the exit process and sends a meeting request, usually for the employee’s last day. The meeting consists of a benefits discussion and an exit interview, where the employee can share their experiences about working at Stevenson.
