Is an elementary school teacher a good career path to follow?

I think that if it’s what you really want to do then go for it. I am going to school to be an elementary teacher, because I love kids and want to make a diff. (corny I know, but I love it!). They pay not be the greatest thing in the world, but your job will be interesting =). You might want to substitute teach before you jump into it though.
