Is an assessment test part of the hiring process?
“Yes, it often is. But it is also very much related to the position in question. Assessments normally take place after the first round of interviews for the candidates that are deemed most promising for the position. The tests we use include personality assessments and different ability tests. For some positions, we also use strictly technical tests, where applicants can demonstrate their technical expertise.
