No appearance is required on the initial return date of any motion on the submit calendar in Room 217. Discovery related motions are rescheduled for a future date for oral argument. Non-discovery motions assigned to IA5, IA7 and IA22 are also rescheduled for a future date for oral argument. Check the Law Journal or www.nycourts.gov for future dates.
