Is an angling club a service provider?
A club is excluded from the act if it has a proper formal selection process to join, those offering day tickets, general membership or visitors would be included as a service provider, a voluntary charity would be a service provider including a church jumble sale; this would be seen as a service and so would be expected to comply.
