• Get TEALwatch® “build date” from silver & black label on top of monitor box, located inside the PDU or Power Subsystem. • Get PDU or Power Subsystem Part Number & Serial Number, typically from the nameplate label located on the back panel near the bottom of the unit. • Contact TEAL at 1-800-888-8325 and ask to speak with customer service for a Return Material Authorization number. • TEAL’s customer service will provide you with a Return Material Authorization Number. • Provide your Contact Information and ship-to address to TEAL. • TEAL can accept a Warranty PO, $0.00 PO, or credit card order for tracking and non-warranty replacements. Note that credit cards will not be charged without authorization or without notice. Note you may need to contact your own internal parts department or service group for a PO to be generated. • Please re-use the replacement parts packaging (with included shipper document for warranty replacements) to return the faulty item to TEAL.
