Your question isn’t clear. Perhaps, it is a language issue? By America, I’m assuming you mean the USA. The USA is a very multicultural country. Much more so than many realize. President Bush was wrong to start the Iraq war and most in the USA are upset about it. But, overall, the USA has helped other countries more than any other. The USA gives a lot of AID to other countries. One of the problems is the AID doesn’t always get distributed to where it is needed. Then there is the issue of mismanagement by government.
