Individual sisters of Alpha Sigma Kappa are (or have been) active members and officers in professional organizations, social organizations and honor societies, such as the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES), American Institue of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Chemical Society, Association of Women Geoscientists (AWG), Engineers’ Club (E-Club), National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Pick and Hammer Club, OU Student Chapter of the American Meteorlogical Society (OUSCAMS), Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), Society of Physics Students (SPS), Society of Women Engineers (SWE), Tau Beta Pi, and many more.
