Yes. All transportation during the conference will be provided. This includes all shuttle trips from the Le Meridien King Edward Hotel to the night events & dinners and back. However, you are responsible for arranging your own transportation to the Le Meridien King Edward Hotel on Thursday, March 5th, 2009 and leaving the Le Meridien King Edward Hotel on Sunday, March 8th, 2009.
