If you eat nothing but Red Velvet cake for breakfast ,lunch and dinner your whole life then yes the red dye *might* be bad for you, but so would all the sugar and carbs and so on. But a few pieces here and there won’t hurt you. I suggest you frost it with cream cheese frosting…yummy!
