Generally, this is any crime that occurred in a neighborhood or at an address on a secondary road in unincorporated areas of New Castle County. If the crime occurred in a city or town that is patrolled by another police department, or if the crime occurred on a state numbered roadway or in a commercial area, it is not in the jurisdiction of the New Castle County Police.
