No. Computing devices used in: (1) transportation equipment; (2) industrial, commercial, and medical test equipment; (3) specialized medical computing devices (such as CT and MRI scanners); (4) appliances (such as microwave ovens and dishwashers); and (5) control of power systems utilized by public utilities are exempt from FCC regulation.
