Yes, although, not unlike other permits needed because you generate hazardous wastes, you may need a treatment permit; check with your local regulator or call us for help. Water districts have authority concerning drain disposal. At this time, we are unaware of any State or water district that does not allow or encourage the use of Aldex®.
