Is alcohol permitted on campus?
Misericordia University adheres to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and does not permit students under the age of 21 to possess, consume, or be in the presence of alcoholic beverages on campus. Therefore, the University does not permit students under 21 to posses or display empty alcoholic beverage containers in their rooms. Misericordia recognizes the right of individuals 21 years or older to possess and consume moderate amounts of alcoholic beverages; however all University policies must be strictly followed.
