Al Hodges was helpful to the Company in the hiring of local counsel when the Dave DeSormeau lawsuit was filed. He appeared for the Company at that time. Although Mr. Hodges is a friend of the Company and a valued and loyal CMKM shareholder, he is no longer associated with that lawsuit. His assistance was and is greatly appreciated by the Company.
