The character sure is, but the Agent Weiss in this game is a “Bot.” A Bot is a computer robot, programmed to act like a real person. So, no, he’s not (but if you ask him, he’ll insist he is!). Agent Weiss (and our other Bots) are based on the ALICE program, created by Dr. Richard S. Wallace, Jon Baer, Noel Bush, and members of the ALICE AI Foundation. You can download the technology and create your own Bot, and we encourage you to do so, if you’re so inclined!
