Is AEI affiliated with the government or a political party?
No. The American Enterprise Institute is strictly non partisan, does not accept government funding, and relies entirely on the support of private sources. AEI scholars and fellows frequently take positions on pressing policy issues being debated inside and outside the U.S. government. AEI scholars speak for themselves and not for AEI, its trustees, other scholars, or employees.
