ATO is not an adoption agency. As a courtesy, we provide resources for those of you who are considering adoption. ATO does not endorse these organizations. It is your responsibility to thoroughly investigate any agencies included to on the site. For those who are seeking to adopt we encouraged you to learn about the experiences of those touched by adoption by visiting the various areas of the ATO web site. We request that you make no direct inquiries as to where to locate an infant/child either in the chat rooms or on the discussion boards as this is in direct conflict with ATO’s guidelines.
