“Acid Rain” is generally quite dilute … maybe 0.001 to 0.0001 M nitric or sulfuric acid, which still measures pretty far into the acid portion of the pH scale. Acid rain has a pH comparable to that of tomato juice (about 4), and wouldn’t do much to your skin at all, though it would probably sting your eyes quite a bit.
