Is Acer a good computer brand?
Well, I bought my Acer Aspire 5730Z laptop in May. Two months later of its use, only of the keys came off the keyboard. So I put up the issue onto their online issue tracking page and two days later they close my submitted case saying that I should contact an authorized dealer. Since I live in Spain and can’t speak Spanish or Catalan yet, I asked one of my friends to phone them and give them my part of anger, which she did and they agreed to pick the laptop up from my house. Two weeks later, after the keyboard was replaced, I got the laptop back and after a few hours of use, I discovered that another key is loose. It seems that they build all their parts in China and don’t have much of a quality. They’re supposed to be world’s 3rd largest portable computer manufacturers but their service sure didn’t make me happy.
