Is ACER a good brand for laptops?
I have an ACER and I am on it right now. I couldn’t love it more. it runs smoothly and I have never had a problem with it. It is very modern and not simple, but in a good way; it has everything you could possibly want! Plus, they aren’t too expensive especially at walmart. So, you can afford to buy a new laptop every ten years or so when the style goes out of style and yours seems old fashioned where if you bought an expensive one you may not be able to afford a new one for a while longer.
It’s pretty good. Not the best, but not half bad. Give it time! Also, it may be VISTA you don’t really like, not the laptop itself! That would be no big surprise. If you want to try your laptop with Windows, ask the company from which you bought it for a free copy. Ever since VISTA proved itself stupid, companies have been supplying many customers with free copies of Windows software. Of course, none of this would have been a problem if you would have simply purchased a Mac!!!
Cheap, but in my country Greece, the support is bad, as it is in rest of Europe. You can buy a laptop with lot of power and features with less money that to give to buy another brand, but if something happen, then they have no replace warranty. Plus not as good quality as other brands. You just send the laptop to them, and you wait till they fix it. Other brands replace the laptopif it’s still in warranty. I recommend try an LG or HP. Both have quality products and greate support. Sony are very good but overcharged. Have a nice day.
