This is a little tricky. Terroristic Threatening in the 1st degree (the most serious) is a Class C felony; Terroristic Threatening in the 2nd degree (less serious) is a class D felony. Terroristic Threatening in the 3rd degree (least serious) is a Class A misdemeanor. Class A misdemeanors are punishable by up to 1 year in jail. Please click on the website. Thank you.
