Yes. The recommendations for tetanus prophylaxis in wound management from the 1991 Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis ACIP recommendations (http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/00041645.htm) are still valid. See Table 5 in this document, also.
