Is a student’s Portfolio confidential?
Access to a student’s Portfolio is restricted. Only the student and their Faculty Partner can access the Portfolio in its entirety. The Portfolio’s administrators can access student submissions, comment cards and update user information. The Senior Associate Dean of Curriculum can access all of the portfolios as they pertain to the Dean’s Letter for Residency application. Others may be granted permission to access a student’s Portfolio as necessary. • What are the first year assignments?
