Is a specific employee notification required under Section B2 in the Progress Report?
Under the TURA EMS option, there is no specific requirement that you notify your employees by January 1, 2008. However, you should involve your employees in the process undertaken to review and update your EMS (including objectives and targets related to toxics) to ensure that it meets the TURA EMS regulation requirements.
