osfind. Note that the agents are listed first. If the SmartAgent is not running, see Section 2.2, “Using the Discoverer NT Service” to restart it. Is the Preferences component installed? To confirm that the Preferences component is up and running, use the Windows Task Manager and make sure that Dis4pr.exe is running. Is the Preferences component registered with its OAD? To confirm that the Preferences component is registered, see Section 2.3.2, “To see the registered components on one machine:”. This must be done on the machine on which the Preferences component was installed.
