Yes, a signature is required for express delivery. If you or your recipient is not home to sign for the package, the delivery person will leave a notification slip and attempt to redeliver the package two additional times. Note: There is a $5.00 express delivery charge per card. Gift cards cannot be express delivered to PO Boxes or FPO addresses.
