Is a separate MQL unit required for each tool machine?
With external lubrication, two or more adjacent machines can be supplied and operated independently of each other by means of coaxial lines of different lengths. With internal lubrication, a separate MQL system is required for each active site. When the number of active sites with different tools are lubricated simultaneously, the aerosol chooses “the path of least resistance” and the tools are supplied in an unregulated and unbalanced manner.
