Although salt water pools only contain 1/10th the amount of salt that the ocean has, we do not recommend that you allow your pets to drink from the pool water. Pool water contains chemicals, conditioners, and acid – not to mention sun tan oil chemicals. All of these things can be a problem for you dog or other animals.
