No. It is only applicable for the jurisdiction of Russia. It has absolutely no validity in the United States, Canada or Europe. However, the “ButeykoCenter” claim to have patented the Buteyko Method in the USA. A search of the US patents office will reveal that this is not true. It is illegal under US law to claim ownership of patent when one does not exist.
