If the student is in their last year of preschool and no further disability is suspected, the student “ages out” and no testing is needed. . If another disability is suspected, the case conference should recommend testing (and fill out the appropriate paperwork) during at least the second quarter of the student’s last year of preschool. The testing will be completed, and case conference convened within 50 school days of receiving the parental consent.
