Is a “post office” hard copy print required when printing the integrated International forms in Dazzle?

USPS receives the data electronically during the printing process. There is no longer a required printed ‘post office’ copy when using our integrated International forms. The May 10, 2007 USPS Postal Bulletin explains this on page 33 under the heading “Electronic Post Office Copy”. Using the “SMALL” Intl. forms you will have only a single print, no post office hard copy is required. You may use a Laser or Inkjet printer and print to 8.5 x 11″ (2 per page) sheet labels OR use a Zebra or Eltron thermal printer to print to a 4×6 label to affix to the mail piece. Using the “LARGE” Intl. forms you will have a total of 4 prints, no post office hard copy is required. Print to paper using a Laser or Inkjet printer. Use a USPS supplied clear (self adhesive) customs envelope to attach to your mail piece. Include all 4 copies in the customs envelope.
