Is a plastic funnel ok for pouring the ktea into the bottles?

I am about 5-7 days away from bottling, and I am still unsure what to do. I am assuming that the “mother” Scoby is removed and then the ktea is poured into bottles for drinking. Then Scoby is placed back into the large jug the she started in and the process is repeated.
