Is a phonecard without a connection fee better?
This depends on your calling durations and frequency. A card with no connection fees can save you more money if you have frequent and short conversations. If you tend to talk on the phone for an extended period of time a card with connection fees may be more suited for your needs. In general cards that have NO connection fees usually have a higher per minute rate then cards that have it.
