Only when the plumbing piping or wiring is relocated or completely replaced. To obtain a permit, visit the Community Development public counter Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. For additional information, call the Building Division at (805) 449-2500, or email CommunityDevelopment@toaks.org.
