Yes. A permit is required for sheds larger than 120 sq. ft. Sheds 120 sq. ft. or less do not require a permit, however, the following guidelines must be adhered to. Any shed found to be in non-compliance may be required to be removed. Also note that any shed built over a utility easement without written permission from the utility companies is also subject to removal.
