Is a permit required for a kitchen and/or bath remodel?
A permit may be required for your project. Due to project variations, you should contact the Building Division to determine if a permit is required for your particular project. (Note: If your remodel project adds livable space, a permit is required. Please see our General Additions and Remodeling (adding square footage) page for permit details.)
