YES, for the sake of your own property if a fire starts in a neighbouring property and gets into the roof void there is nothing to stop it spreading right through the terrace and destroying your roof. Under the fire regulations this must done. also i’d check it out with your insurance as if there is no firewall there they may not pay out if something was to happen What you need is a blockwork wall built straight on top of the partition walls in your roof space at either side of your property shouldn’t be too expensive probably around 300 pound, depends on the size of the walls, were you live etc.
