No. It is the lender’s responsibility to ensure that all loans it purchases with intent to deliver to Freddie Mac comply with all of our Guide requirements. Effective October 15, 2010, Freddie Mac will not purchases mortgages from Sellers that have not complied with Guide Exhibit 35 with respect to single-family mortgages that are delivered to Freddie Mac.
