Is a keycode required for gate entry?
Yes. All residents are provided with a keycode when they buy or lease in Barclay Place. This unique keycode should not be given out. Vendors and other service providers may look up the name of a resident and be granted access. This system is done to help eliminate solicitors and others who should not have access to the Barclay Place community. Remote control devices that can control the gate function may be purchased from the Management Company.
